Quidd
Product manager; Branded Content Producer
Producing digital stickers, cards and 3D objects while managing an online community for TV show-obsessed super fans.
My role at Quidd is split into three primary categories: content production, publishing strategy and real-time community management.
Content Production
We partner with licensors like Cartoon Network (Steven Universe, Adventure Time, Powerpuff Girls), Fox (Bob's Burgers, Family Guy) & DC Comics to bring licensed stickers, cards and 3D objects to your mobile device.

Content Strategy
Content strategy (or "live ops" as we call it at Quidd) refers to the meticulous planning of new content releases (upwards of 28 sticker, card & 3D object collections per week) and its effect on the in-app user experience. Beyond aligning with tentpole holidays and social media events, it was important to provide users with a new experience everyday that ranged from caption contests to large scale revenue initiatives.
Real-Time Community Management
In order to form a sophisticated content strategy, it was important to get my hands dirty with finding new ways to engage new users and positively affect user sentiment. Below is an example of a contest I designed to reward extremely active users who love to collect Bob's Burgers sticker content.
